Nicolette S. Lemmon
MBA, President, LemmonTree Enterprises, Inc.

Ms. Lemmon founded LEMMON-AID Marketing Services, a full-service marketing agency, in 1984. LEMMON-AID was incorporated under LemmonTree Enterprises Inc. in 1990. She created the LemmonTree Consulting Group division in 1990, which offers market research, strategic planning, and database consulting services. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in services marketing, sales, and advertising.

A well-recognized speaker on financial-services marketing, she has served as the marketing faculty of the Management Development Institute for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) since 1996. She also authored the book Successful Product Development from Research to Results for the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES), served on the faculty of the CUES Executive Marketing Institute, and has sold hundreds of cross-selling training videos. Nicolette authored another book and cassette tape series for the job-seekers market, Almost Famous: How to Market Yourself for Success.

Nicolette holds an undergraduate and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She has served on the faculty of the University of Phoenix, where she taught graduate and undergraduate courses in marketing and sales. In 1992 she received the Young Alumni Achievement Award from Arizona State University. In 1995 Nicolette was honored as one of the Top 50 Women Business Owners in Arizona by Today’s Arizona Woman Success. In 2002, Nicolette was honored again by the ASU Alumni Association with an Outstanding Alumni Service Award.

Dennis F. Koepke
MSM, Vice President, LemmonTree Consulting Group
Mr. Koepke is responsible for LemmonTree Consulting Group including market research, strategic planning and MCIF database consulting services. He consults with clients on such projects as satisfaction surveys, profitability studies and MCIF analysis. He also conducts strategic planning for clients, facilitates focus groups provides organizational assessments and other management consulting and training services.

Mr. Koepke has received MCIF database analysis certification, advanced certification and profitability certification on MarketTrax MCIF software and is a certified focus group facilitator. Prior to joining LemmonTree, he retired from the military after 20 years of distinguished service having held a variety of Command and Staff positions. He holds a Masters degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Return to Top

Michael Poulos
MBA, President/CEO, Michigan First Credit Union
Mr. Poulos began his career in accounting and moved to the credit union industry to manage Syracuse Postal Federal Credit Union in 1988. Since then, he has been the president/CEO of three other credit unions, having managed Michigan First, a $470 million credit union since 2000.

Michigan First, formerly known as Detroit Teachers Credit Union, was once was the largest credit union in the world. Its field of membership now encompasses the residents and workers in 44 area communities. The former membership base was primarily educational with about 15 school districts, colleges, and universities, in addition to about 30 other educationally and community based groups. In the short time he has been CEO, the credit union has grown considerably in both asset size and number of members. Even more significant, loans have increased by 160 million dollars or 100% and as a result, return on assets (ROA) has increased as well. Michael has extensive experience and training in risk-based lending, sales and service, and has successfully implemented these programs, creating financial stability and growth and improving ROA in every credit union he has managed.

Poulos is a member of the Credit Union Executive Society and has attended numerous credit union training programs and conferences. He has an M.B.A. from Russell Sage College, and Bachelors degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College. He was the 1995 Credit Union Professional of the Year, awarded by the New York State Credit Union League. Return to Top
